As we all know that every part of the world has their own culture, customs, traditions, language and way of living.
Pakistan is a multi cultural country. All the major cities and parts of Pakistan has their own customs and are different in food taste. In a previous post a told you about Peshawar’s Chapli Kabab. So now i am presenting before you the famous “Balochi Sajji”.
Sajji is the famous and most favourite food item of Balochistan. It is kind of steam roast chicken with spicy curry. Although in all the major cities of Pakistan there are hotels which claims to serve Balochi Sajji but you can taste original sajji only in Balochistan.

I never heard about sajji but I like chicken so probably I would like it.
You can call it chicken karahi.
