It may sound silly but today I am going to put my worries on paper and then cross off everything that is out of my control.
Today I am going to be more grateful and let people know I really appreciate it. In fact I am going to count and I can’t go to bed until I hit 100. We can certainly nap when the real work has been done.
I am going to take my brother’s bucket list and see if there is anything that I can make happen that would seem natural, not desperate.(I know ride another bull is on the list and the answer is a NO.) but others might work.
I am going to plan a time to go see the baby even if I have to go alone.

I wish it was just a simple thing to do. When I catch myself I try to let it go. Everything seems all consuming now.
You definitely should just go and see the baby and pick something on your brother’s bucket list.
Sadly none of that really happened the way I had planned. I wrote the list and crossed it off and had nightmares all night. Oh well, it’s a new day
