Due to yesterday’s failure in creating my post, I made up my mind and read a couple of articles on concentration.
Having trouble concentrating lately? Do you find it difficult to concentrate and are you often tired and sleepy? The causes can be medical, and often food can also be to blame. Check which foods are affecting you.
I will try these tips to see if they really work.
Walnuts and nuts
Walnut kernels in shape resemble the brain, they are also one of the best foods that the brain quickly awakened. They help improve cognitive functions, but they also help alleviate concentration problems.
Bananas
If you indulge in one banana a day, you will meet the daily amount of potassium per day. Bananas have also been shown to improve concentration. Vitamin B6, which is also found in bananas, is especially important for concentration.
Sweet potatoes
Sweet potatoes contain complex carbohydrates that are a great food for our brains. It is also rich in beta-carotene – a type of antioxidant that has a positive effect on the brain. By eating sweet potatoes, you will ensure better concentration, and at the same time, your memory will improve.
Chocolate
A quick and effective treatment for people with poor concentration. Choose one with as much cocoa as possible.
Blueberries
Regular consumption of this tiny fruit has a positive effect on our memory and concentration.

For now, they do not have such a problem. Every day I eat the nuts of 3 walnuts because of cholesterol
I try to eat well but I am drinking Bourbon with coca cola this weekend as we do not have so many coronavirus cases.
Occasionally we also need to relax a bit with good food and drink.
Very useful list as I often catch myself having trouble concentrating. I love some of these foods so I am happy to see them here. 🙂

I do have problems with concentration if my sugar levels are high. This is how I know I may be having problems before I even check my sugar. Otherwise, no I have no problems staying focused.
I’m glad you don’t have these problems. They appear to me more and more often. I am trying to determine the cause of these problems.
It is a horrible feeling to not feel like yourself. I hope you find the cause.

i find myself focused by keeping lists, but the recommendations you have for diet, are ones I made many years ago (for different reasons).

I have no issues with being able to concentrate. They say you need to eat chocolates with 75% or more cocoa.

The only thing I do not get to eat are blueberries. I eat all of the rest suggested by you. I have no problem concentrating.
