Figs or anjeer are very healthy and energetic  fruit. Fresh and dried  both form  are best for health.Fig or anjeer is a fruits  of heaven. It is loaded of nutrition.

They are rich in fiber: Figs are a good source of  fiber which helps in keeping you full for longer periods of time and relieves constipation. They are rich in vital vitamins and minerals: Figs are rich in Vitamins A, B1 and B2, manganese and potassium, magnesium, copper, iron, and phosphorus.

Fig are good for heart disease ,breast  cancer,kidney stones,sore thorat,eye problem and weight  loss . It daily  use strengthen bones and reduce  risk of osteoporosis. Fig are rich in iron  and cure of iron  defeceny .This small fruit is treasure of health.

  1. I have a fig tree and don’t have a machine to dry them, and can only eat one or 2 a day when they are ripe. I share them with others, or the White Eye birds.
    I tell them they can have the figs I cant reach but to leave me some as well. They are usually good with sharing .
