So this morning I was still feeling very raw and virtual strangers were here to carry me through. I don’t know if people realize the kind things they do, say and share here make a very real difference to individuals. My heart is full. Nothing is solved other than I don’t feel alone this morning and I have some hope and courage. I didn’t gather that up on my own, you all helped give it to me. Gary didn’t take a picture with me in mind and still it made me smile and feel better. Pamela didn’t edit that picture for hours to please me, and today it made me smile. There are too many names to mention, and yet each of you deserves to know that what you do here matters. It makes a difference in the lives of others. It brings hope when it is needed most.
So while I have much to do this day, the most important thing I have to do is to tell you all thank you for the courage, entertainment, pictures, thoughts, advice and experiences that you are willing to share for pennies. The words you put here are worth more than pennies, they make a difference.

Yes, agency is a precocious gift. Even if someone treats me badly I learn something from it. No one is ever forced to participate.
I am glad that these are words spoken through the heart: “I do not know if people are aware of what they are doing, saying and sharing here, they have a very real change for people. My heart is full.” Congratulations.
They do come from the heart and it means a lot to be to belong to such a community. It’s not perfect and we all know I am not even close to perfect.
