Kindess is something we can all do in life. That is not advice. Just sharing what I have learned over the years.
Many times I was going through issues, as we all do at times, and the ones I remember were the ones that said I am here for you. Offered their kindness.
I have also learned that once words are spoken they can never be taken back. The way we treat others is such a glaring reflection of who we really are as a person.
Why not try kindness? Costs nothing. And it can make a person’s day.

It pays to be kind and no act of kindness ever goes unrewarded.
Very true, we all should remember that. 🙂
i find for myself that I cannot be kind when there are lies or attacks of others. I really need to work on that.
I am taking this as advice, I need to focus on kindness.
It has been a struggle for me Doc. I snap from time to time when the buttons are pushed. We are all human.
i snapped yesterday, back on an even keel now.
it does sometimes get me, but I guess I am only human.
