I am taking different supplements, but I am not sure if they are well absorbed. I read that only food can be absorbed by our bodies. But I don’t think that food has all the vitamins we need. I read that supplements can’t be absorbed fully. I am not sure if this is true. Many times I felt that supplements helped me. I am taking calcium, magnesium, B Complex, probiotics and many other supplements. Do you take supplements? If yes, were you helped by them?

I take supplements and at the same time eat foods loaded with vitamins. I take supplements because I may not be able to get all the required vitamins and minerals from the foods I eat.
Yes, we can’t take all we need from food. We need supplements.
I honestly do what my doctor tells me and it’s a good mix. For example, she called yesterday and reminded me to take vitamin e because mosquitoes are coming out here.
I didn’t know that vitamin e has something to do with mosquitoes.
