This is fresh cut dill from my garden. I love this herb as it adds such a lovely mild flavor to fries, baked products , soups, salads etc.
I love baked fish with dill and other spices. Lamb goes well with dill too. I basically use it with any meat that is roasted or baked.
It’s got the mild flavor of aniseed, the leaves look like fennel. It is loaded with vitamins and minerals. Its is a great antioxidant and helps develop immunity. It contains folate, calcium, riboflavin, manganese, iron and fiber.
Dill is one of my favorite herbs which you will always find in my garden like mint.

I know dill but I didn’t know about its healing effects
All herbs have such lovely vitamins and minerals. we need to consume them more.
We add it s salads as well
I do too with Greek yogurt and pomegranate seeds.
I have not answered your questions as we do not have Dill here.
I thought dill was a very common herb.
Do they produce seeds like cumin?
I love eating it raw, it tastes bit different but I like it that way.
Raw as in salads or just plain.. I have never tried plain.
Dills are great in salads and different dishes. I even love to cut up dill and sprinkle it over boiled potatoes.
They taste amazing with roasted potatoes too.
I am a gardener but I don’t know dill.
I started growing dill about years ago, I found the seeds online.
Looks like very healthy dill.
