No, I never said those immortal words in the headline but I wish I had for I profoundly agree with the statement. Those words were written by the French writer, poet, and “cheese worshipper”extraordinaire Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin. 

This is just a pizza Supreme with melted Mozzarella but my goodness, it looks sooo great. I must apologize for calling it, “just Mozzarella as there is nothing ordinary about a good mozzarella because traditional Mozzarella cheese is made from milk of water buffalos herded in very select few countries such as Italy and Bulgaria. As a result, most of the Mozzarella cheeses available in the world now are made from cow’s milk. Mozzarella cheese is a sliceable curd cheese originally from Italy.

My best bread and topping is cheese, which is the second only to crunchy peanut butter and jelly. I am lactose intolerant but don’t you dare tell me to stop eating cheese for you’d be wasting your breath. I am a retired knife-maker as several of my friends here on Virily know. I believe what inspired me to make my first knife, was repeatedly getting blunt knives to cut with, so after studying knife sharpening, making an entire knife followed naturally. 68 knives later, I can say this, about sharp objects, “A sharp knife, and sharp cheese is a match made in heaven. I have both next to my laptop, a sharp French Opinel number 18 Knife, (Xmas present) and a slice of very sharp mature South-African “Bonita cheddar cheese.

  1. I like cheese from animal, as well as honey, which is why I sometimes eat vegetarian instead of vegan dishes. but nowadays, I am moving forwards to kefir milk, cheese, and yogurt for the probiotics.
