When I saw the theme of Kim’s Color Crazy Challenge for this week, pastel colors, I first thought that this would be a difficult one for me.
Everyday I try to do some work in my garden and today when I saw this beauty I found it perfect to this challenge. It is the first year I have this flowers in my garden and I don’t know its name. I have others of the same type but in different colors.

It’s always fun to see flowers, anything, also flowers. In my garden, which is dominated by bonsai, flowers are a rarity, so their presence is always valuable.
Very pretty flower and color.
I love these. They are one of my favorite flowers. It’s a columbine flower, I have them in a dark blue. When this gets done blooming and the petals fall off you will be left with the seeds. Just cut off the stick and let it dry, then gently crush the pods. You will see tiny seeds. Plant them, they will come up year after year. You will get many off of one pod.
I also don’t know it’s name but it’s a beautiful flower. Great picture!
Lovely pastel colour and a beautiful flower.
It is called the columbine, lovely picture. Aquilegia is the botanical name.
