We often think of dandelions as an invasive plant that appears in our gardens. We have forgotten that for thousands of years, this plant has been used in a variety of herbal preparations to improve health.
The most popular use of the wild is in the preparation of tea. Tea is a powerful diuretic, which will help the body eliminate toxins faster and improve its renal function. Some say it helps to lose weight so … I decided to give it a try. I hope it will help me to lose two or three kilos that I have accumulated in the last year!! I’m afraid it’s pretty bitter and I don’t know if I’ll be able to drink it! I wonder if anyone has ever tried dandelion tea…

Thank you very much! I’m glad you like it!
I have read so much about this flower and how gardeners try to get rid of it from their gardens because it is invasive.
It is really invasive but it also has many therapeutic qualities.
I am not fond of flowers but I appreciate the pictures of such.
Thank you for the appreciation!
Lovely image here. I have dandelions in my yard but never tried the tea.
