Cleaning Up ~ 365 Photos Challenge #197 and Jus For Fun June

I am so sure that we all aware of and remember to always cleanse our body, by bathing, washing face, hands and others. In addition, I also believe that you always clean your mind and feel every day, after experiencing many activities and events throughout the day that may have made our minds and feelings become murky.

The problem, clearing the mind and feeling is not as easy as cleaning the body, right? That’s why we always look for ways to clean our minds and hearts so that our thoughts, feelings, and conscience are always clean, stay in peace and happiness

  1. I usually do it through 4 stages:
    1. Examine the entire day-long event I’ve been through and look for if I may have made people feel uncomfortable, angry, hurt or otherwise as well as how I feel too
    2. I send visually and energy apologies to people
    3. I continue with affirmations
    4. Meditation

    Thanks for the compliment too…

  2. I do my best to cleanse my mind daily. My sister’s son’s birthday would have been today. Trying to help cleanse someone elses mind isn’t as easy as cleaning your own. But I do try my best.
