I am so sure that we all aware of and remember to always cleanse our body, by bathing, washing face, hands and others. In addition, I also believe that you always clean your mind and feel every day, after experiencing many activities and events throughout the day that may have made our minds and feelings become murky.
The problem, clearing the mind and feeling is not as easy as cleaning the body, right? That’s why we always look for ways to clean our minds and hearts so that our thoughts, feelings, and conscience are always clean, stay in peace and happiness

What a captivating photo Albert. I am just naturally an easy going calm person, I do a weekly hike.
Thanks, Kim.
Yep! You have a cool and fun weekly activity, Kim!
I usually do it through 4 stages:
1. Examine the entire day-long event I’ve been through and look for if I may have made people feel uncomfortable, angry, hurt or otherwise as well as how I feel too
2. I send visually and energy apologies to people
3. I continue with affirmations
4. Meditation
Thanks for the compliment too…
My mind is clouted so I don’t think I do clean it well…
and I do not purposefully do it, usually…
I think it’s good if you ask for help cleaning service clerk
but they always use those lemon or lavender smelling cleaning agents…
hmm… do you know a good one that doesn’t use them? :p
Unfortunately, I do not know the cleaning service company in your country, but I heard there are using baking soda and apple vinegar.
Oh… a little honey would be good too :p
Honey for clean up? Cleaning the throat, you mean?
Hmm… honey can’t be used? oh…I guess I’ll save them for my throat then
Of course, but do not forget to mix it with lime juice.
Oh yeah and milk tea… lol :p
I do my best to cleanse my mind daily. My sister’s son’s birthday would have been today. Trying to help cleanse someone elses mind isn’t as easy as cleaning your own. But I do try my best.
Uughhh … Cleaning the mind is a work that is not simple, let alone to clean the minds of others, even our own thoughts are difficult.
I always wake up feeling good, a fresh new start. I haven’t thought about doing this consciously, it just happens..
That’s great, Kim, and I’m so happy to hear it.
There are times when dreams lead me astray. The peace I find can sometimes bounce me in a new direction.
Dreams as a desire are often misleading and disappointing, both successful and fail, although the failure is more choking. I am happy that you are close friends with peace.
I do remember Frank Meeks who owns the Washington D C Domino’s Pizza franchise saying something to the effect of having good health will make your work better than being out of shape and not focused on your mission in life.
Strongly agree with Frank Meeks’s views and you too, we need to have a certain perspective and discipline and build a solid personal construction to fulfill our mission in life
It is a struggle to do what is good for my health since breaking the rules of living a good life are tragic.
It is important to have true and effective principles as the compass and lighthouse of our lives.
That is true since the prize at the end of the road is worth every struggle in our lives.
You have placed a valuable wisdom here, Dee.
My pleasure to share the advice from many people living and dead who made these types of comments.
Yes, I take this kind of activity very seriously. I believe that the thoughts we think today greatly influence the life we get tomorrow.
You are very wise in your life, Ann.
I answered yes to all but some days maybe it is not every day with the cleaning of my thoughts and feelings. But I keep trying.
It’s a good and important habit, Carol. I am sure you have benefited.
