If you have a cool and expensive suit, but because of one or more things, the buttons are loose and gone, will you wear the suit again?
If we contemplate, buttons are just a complement to clothing. If we dress with buttoned clothes, what people see as the main thing is the clothes and not the buttons. Likewise when we first choose to buy it or order it on the tailor. But an expensive outfit can be worthless in our eyes if the buttons are gone, especially if the buttons are very unique and in accordance with the clothing model, while it’s very difficult to find a replacement.
Yeah, Secretly this trivial little thing can teach many things too. For example, not to underestimate the simple and seemingly trivial things around us, our relationships with others, especially partners, parents, children, siblings, friends, etc. because if they or the emotional bonds of the relationship disappear, we can suffer prolongedly. Often we lack respect for someone’s existence because of many things such as; already accustomed, no longer see the exquisite, the distinguished, do not presume that things can change and just disappear, etc.
Another thing that is also philosophical about buttons is how we button our clothes, from above or from below. There is an old teaching about that which says that if you button clothes from the top button down, it can describe the character: “We only want to go straight to the top, and then we cover things that were in the past, and we just want other people to only to see when we are at the top, and other people are not allowed to see what happened before “. While for those who button clothes from the bottom button to the top: “We are people who are shameless to succeed and continue to work hard because we achieve success or our success starts from the bottom until we reach the top with various obstacles that exist. Other people right see us fighting from the bottom to get to the top until we reach the peak of our success without shame to cover up what actually happened before “.

Amazing how the little things in our daily lives can have such an impact. The little button is a prime example. I button from the top down. Not sure if my character fits the old saying. I never fit it any category. I see myself as the “other” or “none of the above” options. But i ma ok with that. I like being different.
