This photo was taken on January 27, 2020 in the early morning. The sun had not yet risen well. There was a shadow in that place. The other thing is more impressive that the woman was wearing a coat and scarf. She did not give up her habit of walking barefoot on the sand where the sea flooded her constantly.
Why do people do this?
I will submit a little information from https://www.az-jenata.bg/
Grounding is as simple as walking on the beach, climbing cliffs, or doing any other activity that helps you connect with nature by touching it with your skin.
The positive charge of the human body occurs when the earth’s negative ions help to balance the positive ions that we build on a daily basis through stress, mobile devices, food, and so on.
What are the benefits of grounding?
Regular contact with the earth’s natural electric field helps restore your body’s natural balance. Grounding can help:
Reduction of chronic pain.
Improving sleep.
Stress Reduction.
Improving energy.
Reduces hormonal and menstrual disorders.
It speeds up the recovery of the body after sports.
Helps with high blood pressure.
Reduction of inflammation.
Reduces pain in limbs and body.
Enhances immunity in both adults and children.
Improves blood circulation.
Strengthens muscles and more.
Earth energy has many benefits on the brain, heart, muscles, immune system, nervous system.

I haven’t been barefoot for a long time. We used to run barefoot a lot as a kid.
This is useful for us now.
I have always walked barefoot, growing up, and now if I am inside. I enjoy walking in the evenings on a beach, but I am not close to one. Lovely photo.
They say it’s good therapy. I do it in the sand to improve circulation
I go barefoot a lot in the summer, dear Elenka
This is a good solution for your body Lado.
I walk barefoot on the beach, but then I live far far away from the beach.
You can do this therapy on the grass as well
I love this picture in black and white. There are pictures that look better in black and white and those that look better in color.
I agree with your opinion that there are photos that look better in black and white. Thanks.
We have a bouncy lawn on our terrace and that is where I would prefer to walk barefoot. Not sure what one would get to trample on walking on a beach barefoot
I do it after the month of March has passed. I feel great with this therapy.
It is indeed a good therapy provided one feels comfortable
Of course, this is the most important thing for a person to feel good and comfortable.
I like to go through the grass with bare feet. Especially in the morning when the grass is full of dew.
This is also a very nice therapy.
i am not sure i would do that (grounding) in the winter. But I love doing it when the sand is hot!
There are other people here who do it. Winter is not cold. This woman had come out very early. He certainly had to go to work then. Others do it when the sun is high in the sky.
how cold is it in the morning? i wouldn’t walk barefoot was it was 1 or 2 degrees C.
About 8-10 degrees. During the day it almost never falls below 12 degrees.
that is warm enough i would do it as well!!!
