I live six km from the city and when I am at my home there, I still miss some things that I was used when lived in the city: the ever-lit streets, the hustle and bustle of people at lunchtime, the park just outside the house, the opportunity to just buy ice cream or some scarf on the street, a rush of people who really need nothing, the laugh of students in the streets, hot donuts in hand, coffee in cozy café…
And while walking down the streets of the city, sitting in my office, I miss the things in the countryside: the fresh morning scent through the open window, my flowers, and trees with singing birds, coffee drinking on my terrace, the shades of a forest near home, the trail leading to the sea, the calmness and slowness of the villagers, a well-known path through the meadow full of wildflowers, the glances out the window at an unimaginable horizon…

i have lived in both. I find that both have their appeal.
I think life in village is much better than city life
I have a hard time comparing life in a city with rural life. I haven’t lived in the city yet.
