For Alibb’s Alphabet Crazy Challenge, I decided to show you a church in my village. The original Gothic church was erected at least before 1500. The present, dedicated to St. Vida. It was rebuilt in 1665 and later rebuilt several times, which is also indicated by the stone built in the façade. In front of the church stands a five-pointed sign from the 17th century, painted with scenes from the sad part of the rosary. In the 18th and 19th centuries it was the pilgrim Church of the Sorrowful Mother of God. The church pilgrimages were particularly at postal Fridays, and locals erected stalls on the occasion. The church is well maintained and restored.
