Why are good these fruits that are full of useful fatty acids?
Doctors recommend that they be used at least twice a week for eating.It is 50 grams per day.These fruits quickly suck and reduce hunger.
People with high pressure need to use fruits without salt.

Just plug in peanuts and hazelnuts and have healthy snacks.
I love peanuts and almonds, I eat them almost everyday.
You do well with your health, I usually eat peanuts almond is expensive.

Legumes contain plenty of fibers that give the body a feeling of satiety in the intestines and also absorb excess fat.
