We settled on getting up at 4:00 am. I have been up since 2:00 still waiting for 4:00 am to come around. Yes, I am very excited to get on the road and get home. I have tried to be very quiet so I am not waking my husband. He doesn’t share my sleep disorder or the extreme excitement. Don’t get me wrong he loves the ranch. In fact one summer he stayed there the whole time while I stayed in Utah and worked and took care of my brother.
I am ready to be on the road and heading north. I am so excited to be with the family and simply enjoy being in the one place where I feel that I belong. It seems a little odd, but that will always be my home.
So while I am gone, be kind to each other! Have some fun. Fill up virily so when I return I will have so many things to view and read that it will fill up the sadness that comes whenever the trip has ended!
Originally the grandsons were coming, but that is not going to work out. They are having a great time in Oklahoma as their mom heals.

I am always up early! If, however, I wanted to do the last thing I would ever do, I would wake my wife up early in the morning.
