It is always interesting when mail comes from someplace I have never been, when my name and address are spelled and written perfectly and there is no signature. It happens probably four or five times a year and never from the same area. The handwriting never looks the same. The message is always interesting.
No one had been out to check the mail, so I got my flashlight and went out at 3:30 am. I was awake and it was a chore I could get completed.
Opened the card that had a picture similar to the one you can see here. Inside it said “I wish you grace.” My first thought was “how do they know how much I fall!” Then I opened the folded paper inside and this is what it had on it.
“courtesy · courteousness · politeness · manners · good manners · mannerliness · civility · decorum · decency · propriety · breeding · respect · respectfulness · consideration · thought · thoughtfulness · tact · tactfulness · diplomacy · etiquette · couth · magnify · ennoble · glorify · elevate”
I don’t know who sent it. I am grateful. I am hopeful that today I can keep grace in the forefront. I have to assume it came for a reason.

I suppose the best that can be said for junk mail is that it keeps the postman in a job!
i often wonder, worry and then resolve when it comes to mail.
The path to what is expected versus what arrives is always interesting,.
I do have to say the vast majority of the mail I get now, is junk mail!
