Recently I posted a photo of a wild rosebud, and I decided to share how the flower looks when it’s blooming.
Rosa canina, commonly known as the dog rose in English, is a kind of wild rose that’s native to Europe, northwest Africa, and western Asia.
You can find them everywhere in Bulgaria, and they usually start blooming a few weeks before the roses.
The bud is not very different from a normal rosebud. However, when it blooms, it has only five petals.
The rosehips from this plant are used to make tea or jam. They are also very rich in vitamin C.

I feel exactly the same way; cultivated roses are simply gorgeous.
