On a visit to a well-known wine farm, Graham Beck’s estate in Robertson South-Africa near to where we lived, we stopped next to Mister Beck’s racehorse paddock and were looking the other way when one of his racehorses, “Sugar-Baby”, stuck a nostril into our car she was probably looking for some sugar.

Now that is up close and personal. I like them from a distance. Was thrown a few times riding bareback as a child.
WOW! You Maam never fail to surprise me. That’s pretty darn cool. My oldest daughter, Aurora, was nuts about riding when she was young. Believe it or not, she and a friend went horse riding this past weekend! The first time in years! She’s got a very tender butt to show for it. Another surprise is finding out that our only grandchild, Savanna, a little girl of 5 is crazy about horses too, go, figure!
