Lynn Shore Drive

What daring Middle School  kids! You just  have to love this age. I guess  they might have been searching for hermit  crabs on Red Rock Beac. If you’re  lucky you can find a starfish. Once the home to the Pawtucket Indians Lynn was purchased by English settlers in 1629. It would become the starting point for many things, the birthplace of Lydia Pinkham, considered the founder of the Visiting Nurses. It was also the birthplace of Mary Baker Eddy, who founded the Christian Science Religion. It. is the  home to the first Electric Trolley, America’s first Jet Airplane Engine (built at Lynn’s General Electric), and Marshmallow Fluff, the delicious sticky companion of peanut butter in many kid’s lunches. How sweet  it is.
