Woman saves scorched koala in Australian bushfire

source

The wildfires have went from the Amazon to Australia with the Southern Hemisphere becoming warmer.  In Long Flat, New South Wales, a lady rushed to the aid of a koala that was being burned by the fires.  She scooped the koala out of danger and poured water on the burns while the koala shrieked out in pain.  The koala was wrapped in a blanket and taken to the veterinarian, but the wildfires are inching closer to Sydney.
