It was a severe thunderstorm last night in Targoviste. Storms are created when a center of low pressure develops with a system of high pressure surrounding it. This combination of opposing forces can create winds and result in the formation of storm clouds.
It was a heavy rain and strong wind for 30 minutes. After the rain has stopped I was able to take this photo. It’s not my best photo but I want to show you how it was!
