Here is a yoga workout I put together after my run this afternoon at Jerome Huppert Woods trail. My sole purpose with this workout was to start off getting the blood flowing with, the tree pose then focus on my abdominal muscles which I neglected this week. I put in some hours at work and took a few workout days off to allow my body to rest.
(The tree, the steadiness & the rectangle)
Workouts:
- The tree
- The swing
- The bow
- The bicycle
- Up and down
- The rectangle
- The mountain
- The heels
- The steadiness
- The checkmark
Sunset Bridge Meadow
*Bonus*
- 2.04 mile run
- 30 jumping jacks
- 20 reverse crunches
- 25 push ups

Oak Park is really nice. Very good neighborhood, very good people
I crack up at the difference between the two which you can clearly see. Austin is dirty and once you enter Oak Park its cleaner. A big difference, and you get that sense of good vibes.
how about yoga back stretches?
the golf course is amazing – loved playing there!
You’d probably like the bow, the rectangle, and the up and down. I am doing the rectangle in the collage.
i have down the bow, i also like the downward dog it really helps loosen my back!
In the summer I plan to do the stances out in the parks and share more pictures and vids of me doing them. I can feel the difference when I run. I’m very careful when I do the tree because I did a similar one that still has my back sore. Instead of my legs being in the air, I had them over my face. Its called the plow (https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=Yoga+Plow+Pose&FORM=RESTAB)
i don’t think i could do that one, on my best day!
I’m sure your physical activity is 60% more than what I do, so I’m sure you are very healthy!
Another good workout my friend.
Felt great to get out Carol. Our upcoming days will be warm outside, so I’ll be out more enjoying nature : )
