I am not a cold weather person. I was thinking this morning about how beautiful the trees and leaves are in October and November, especially north of us. In both Louisiana and Mississippi there are lots of pine trees. These trees have needles that turn brown and fall off. We miss the big display of Fall leaves.
With only a week left in November, I doubt we will get to make our annual trip into the mountains to enjoy the Fall showcase of color.

fall is the most amazing time for color! We ended up wandering to Maine this year, just to see fall colors!

We don’t have Autumn here so there are no fall colors here.
It doesn’t last long here in the south and the colors are not as vivid as further up north. But we take what we get! Where are you from?

Lovely autumn colors. I miss the colors of autumn since we don’t have these changes here in Florida
We don’t have much of it in LA and MS either. I always enjoy a trip that time of the year though. We missed it this year since my mother has come to live with us.

I love the fall and I have pines in my backyard. Love the evergreens.
We have a lot of Pine Trees here too. The South is full of them. The pretty leaves stick out here and there among them around here.
