The value of the viril changes based on activity, the cost of running the site and the income. Get the funds. Pay the bills. Pay the admin and then divide the allotted profit. The way the $$$ is made is advertisements.
Let’s try another way of explaining it. You pay your bills. You balance your checkbook. The money you have left you can divide up for other things. The more views the more money there is to deal with at the end of the month. We want everyone to come here and see what we are publishing.
When we work together to make content quality, when we share the beautiful pictures so OTHERS come here we are earning more money for the site, which translates to a more valuable viril.
It always comes back to the same thing, we choose to be part of the solution or part of the problem.
We need to step up and we need communication from admins and we need to keep creating.

I would love it if I could see my money going up on the dashboard with each passing week. When it gets left after the last payment it makes it hard to tell where I am when it comes to status. I love interacting here so that won’t stop me or keep me from posting just it would be nice to be able to take a peek and know what is happening.
I wish they actually updated the dashboard because if they did, it would be more enticing for people and motivational. This way I can’t even tell if I should keep posting and sharing.
They can’t do a full update because the value of the viril is not determined in real time.

I would love to see Virily making a positive move that would encourage social media posting. That would mean giving credit for outside views – even if only at a rate that is below that offered for views by other Virily members. Why they won’t do this is a real puzzle to me.
if you share, and views increase, the money from Google increases so in theory you give yourself a raise without Virily having to reward you first.

I have tried this today with one of my recent posts, sharing it on Twitter where I have about 77,000 followers. The net gain of views so far (after about 10 hours) is six!
that is disappointing, although I suspect not unexpected.
i get about 20-30 when I share my posts
about 14-15 ish when I share the posts of others.

This is a great post-GW, Karma is a B**CH. but it comes around. Meaning, the admin will have to come clean if they are interested in profiting and I believe it will be soon. It won’t be miraculous but it will be better for us, the ones who stuck it out. I have not put “all my eggs” into the Virily basket. Seen too many sites buckle and break since 2009. I do have hope for this one though. ☘☘☘☘
I don’t have many baskets and my brain is shriveling, still, I must write even if no one but me sees it.
You are so right. If we want things to get better we have to do our share. I know that the problems can be frustrating. I for one am getting fustated not being able to edit and my post not going up sometimes for a week. But, I am still here, commenting and sharing as much as possible.

I would also write a lot and put them in to get approved. Let them be aware you are always creating great content. When they see many they may make more time for it.
I have noticed that. At one point I had almost thirty and that was when they started posting them. I try to do at least two a day. But, maybe I should try to do more.
