Most of the time when I write about things that really mean something to me, I am left feeling empty and void. It may be that things like that belong in a journal and not shared with the world. Then again how do we learn from each other if we are afraid to share.

A neighbor killed herself. Last night I went to a private service and they played this song over and over. The lyrics were all over the room. It made me uncomfortable, because I had not seen what was clearly there. Are we watching and listening for opportunities to make a difference? I missed an opportunity that might have made a difference.
