Are you Grateful for a Telephone Pole?

The title sounds funny, but it has great meaning if you read between the lines.

A Poem about telephone poles, grass, and much more

Look at the things in front of you

while you are driving

Thank God

You can see the grass

and even such things as a telephone pole

You still can see these things

Because life is still yours

Never take for granted

your very breath

Dance dance dance

Dance with despair

until hope arrives

Dance with friendship

until love sets in

Dance until the morning light

never afraid of the greatest height

Because this world is

out of sight.

soooooo

Dance as if you are a child

Flying his first kite

with

great joy and great expectations

  1. How kind of you to reference my poem, thank you. And I love yours. We should never take anything for granted. I have a blind friend and am reminded of those little things often taken for granted.
