I got some cycling miles in today and it felt great! A day after phase 4 in Illinois and there is life in the city of Chicago. I headed towards DuSable Harbor this afternoon and encountered many joyful faces enjoying the outdoors on the Lakefront path. It feels so good to have the Lakefront path open, so my plans is to enjoy it while it lasts. I ended up taking a new route back towards the west-side of Chicago riding under the elevated railway which gave me the chance to see many things I have not seen before; things that I typically miss while driving my car down Lake St.

- Kneeling Narrow Push Ups

This Joint Friendly workout was a little too easy after my ride, even though I did enjoy the variation of exercises working my entire body. This one I could definitely coincide with either HITT or Plyometrics workout before or after.

are they repairing the ferris wheel at Navy Pier, so is it something else, just near the wheel?
we are still in phase 2, phase 3 is projected for a week out.
but other than a spike in young people, we are trending way down in Maryland!
I am not sure about the navy pier, I will have to plan a ride a little closer to see.

I am curious to see what covid precautions they have inside of the building.
I will love to get in to one of those stores and look at some of their sports apparel. I believe my last time visiting the navy pier inside was back in 2013.
my last time was late 2010, we used to eat at the BubBa gump sharing restaurant that was right in the front.
or walk the sculpture gardens in front!
Yum! Bubba Gump sounds good right now. I haven’t ate, and literally about to go out and get something to eat.
i love shrimp so they are always on the list!
Stretching is something I need to do more
Back when we were able to go to gyms, I was able to get my stretching in regularly, but now I typically do it while using exercise applications.
