After yesterdays workout I was eager to get this one in and very curious to see what workouts were in store for me. I just about did push ups before my workout, but luckly I held back because some of the exercises in todays routine involved me holding position where my arms really felt the burn.
Workouts:
- 3 Points
- The triangle
- The sumoist
- Forward – Back
- The pointer
- The swing
- The arc
- 4 Points
- The column
*Bonus*
- 40 Reverse crunches
- 75 Jumping jacks
- 30 Push ups
- 25 Reverse crunches
- 30 Up and downs
- 20 Reverse crunches
The 3 exercises that I enjoyed in this workout were, the pointer, 4 points, and the column! Once I am able to go to a gym again, I cannot wait to add, the pointer into lifting workouts like curls, pull ups, or dips. Oh, the burn that is in store for me. I would like to focus on my form during the 4 points exercise because I was a little off position, but that is because I never have done that exercise before. And now, the column felt simply like my typical leg lifts, but just holding the legs in position. One of these days I will get my legs higher, but I did feel more of a burn with them tilted.

i suspect i could do one of these one time!
i need to go back to doing Ti Chi, it helps me with balance and staying loose!
I really like this application. Since I ran on Monday I felt a difference in the power in my legs.
Speaking of Ti Chi. I am going to look for a application on that
i was doing it to help my balance but moved away from it. I need to move back!
I recommend baby steps to get back into it.
Maybe adding a new exercise in that form.
