Thr workout

I feel great today, but I absolutely can not say the same about yesterday. Thankfully not all days are like are like previous, and not all days will be like our current, but I hope you are doing well as like I.

If I can give anyone reading this any advice, I recommend staying away from the media because the media gives no hope that we will get through today’s issues; it just keeps us planted in our current state of mind of feeling hopeless. The things that have given me hope are the things that I love the most because it takes me away from the reality we are living in. I cannot tell you how much World Wrestling Entertainment videos I have watched, as well as Adult Swim shows which counters any down moments I have experienced. Other than that my workouts have given me something to look forward to every day. And I anticipate every single one.

One of the new exercises today was, the boat! Oh boy! I’ll get it right at some point, but my form was off because I had to balance myself during the movement on top of feeling the burn in the abdominals.

  • 75 jumping jacks
  • 30 bicycle crunches
  • 35 push ups
  • 20 up and downs
