The last week has been fast paced and hectic. Without the internet until today.
If you had asked me if I would be living here last month, I would not know it and think unlikely. About 3 weeks ago my whole village got our notice and some are hanging on waiting…
Thanks to the kindness of friends and prayer and a lot of hard work and persistence, both Rick and I and Rui the budgie are here.
We don’t always see what is before us and I believe sometimes you need persistence, knowing that hard work will get good results.
I did not do anything to deserve it, but for some reason the Good Lord has granted us this wonderful home with 2 bedrooms and a garden.
I am still returning to Onehunga and seeing the other residents of our village as I gather more plants from my garden. The house is shut up and keys returned, but my plants are coming here.
In the future I hope to be able to show this garden that is a work in progress..
I guess that is life, we are a work in progress. Mankind is an evolving intelligence..
Good to hear from you Pam. Moving is major ordeal. I hope things fall into place for you soon.
I will look forward to seeing the new garden. We must not always think negatively about the future. You did not expect to live in this place. From the writing I understand that you like it. Enjoy your beautiful home and the nature around you.
I am glad to hear that you were successful in your move! I am looking forward to the new bird pictures as you explore your new area~
Did Rui like the move?
So glad you did not forget your plants.
