Back on the Track

It’s been over a month since the last time I jogged. I was forced to take a break after the accident ( It’s not as bad as it looks ).

Though my ear was fully restored, my lower right rib cage has been aching when I try to do something strenuous. I can’t even take a deep breath without feeling the pain for a few weeks.

Last night, I decided to jog/walk again.

With Huawei’s Health App, I monitored my progress. I started slowly, did brisk walking most of the time.

I walked/jogged for about 42 minutes, covered about 4 kilometers.

Not bad for a start. For the next two weeks, I aim to improve my speed. Which means, I need to increase my time on jogging.
