Today’s video is part recipe and part “process”. Since my daughter has food allergies (milk, eggs, peanuts, cashews, and pistachios), I’ve had to re-create some old family recipes. For example, green bean casserole was always a favorite around our house during the holidays. However, the recipe calls for a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup which has milk in it.
The above video shows the process that I went through to re-create the dish from scratch. The recipe that I start with changes based on my experience. If you are willing to experiment and do a little research, you can often work around most allergies.
Sounds very good
Delicious..
