Just made a stir fry meal in the pan. Chopped onion, carrot, thai basil, silverbeet, flat bean pods, long snake beans chopped with a pinch of each, cardamon, fenugreek, garam marsala, cumin and turmeric. Chopped ginger. Also lentils out of a can that cost the grand sum of $1.00. Fried a little added tamari sauce and some peanut butter, just a teaspoon.
Then wrapped them up into rice wrappers. Next time I may get different type of spring roll wrappers.
Cooked up some instant noodles with chicken stock.
Now most of that is straight from my vegetable garden, I don’t grow carrot and onion. The spices are from my pantry.
Garnished with parsley from the garden
