Gulash
Ingredients:
oil
700 g of chopped onion
1kg. beef meat
a handful of chopped dry bacon

cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of sweet red ground pepper
salt, pepper
1 can of whole tomatoes … peeled
1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate

2 dl of black wine
1 laurel leaf
a little cumin
1 dl of orange juice
Preparation:
In hot oil, add the onion. After a few minutes, add the meat.Fry, and make sure it does not burn. Put dry bacon, ground beef and sweet pepper, pepper, whole tomato, tomato concentrate , add wine, laurel leaf,cumin and orange juice. Cook at 150 degrees 1,5h. Add some water while the meat is not soft.
Serve pasta with goulash,or mashed potatoes.
