I’m particularly proud of these cookies. They are delicious and very easy to make. They are also gluten-free. What’s more, you can fill them with chocolate, jam, or just leave them plain. I just posted the full recipe on my blog.
What about you, friends? Do you prefer chocolate or jam? And what are your favorite types of chocolate and jam?

I love chocolate filling too!
These look amazing – as always you share and the rest of us sit there reading, drooling and wondering do I have what I need in the pantry to make this?
Thank you very much! These are very easy to make, I promise! 🙂
These look so good! If only I was not working.
Thank you so much! They are very easy to make. 🙂
I love almond cookies and chocolate too. These are very tempting!
Thank you so much, they are some of my favorite cookies. 🙂
I like these biscuits but at the moment with our scorching heat, I don’t want to bake anything. Thanks though for the delicious recipes.
Thank you, Pamela. I’ll be posting more no-bake desserts soon. 🙂
Damn this looks so yummy. And even more deliciously yummy now that I’m trying to curb my sweet tooth. I have to try this out thanks to you. And I mean that in a good way
Thank you so much! I used honey, but you can use another sweetener like stevia to make the cookies even healthier. Otherwise, I think that they are made with healthy ingredients. 🙂
This looks delicious. I do love both chocolate and jam, but out of the two I think I’d opt for chocolate. The picture is making my mouth water!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
This is my favorite pastry. I love coconut
Me too! Even today I made creme caramel with coconut, I’ll be posting the recipe soon. 🙂
The coconut almond cookies look great to eat.
Thank you so much, they are delicious!
Sounds great, I’d skip the coconut and honey but otherwise I’d make this! 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
That’s awesome! In fact, you can use any other type of nuts. 🙂
I’d use coconut flour instead…but would probably change the texture.
Yes, be careful to use only a little bit, otherwise they’ll become too dry.
That’s definitely true….I have used it before in baking so I understand.
Yummy! Coconut is not my favorite but I like it mixed with almond and chocolate! 🙂
Thank you very much, Carol! I think that you can replace the coconut with more nuts. 🙂
I tried it with coconut only, but they were a little bit drier.
