Did you know that the clothes that you are wearing could cause for you to have cancer? Fabric that is natural is primarily made from cotton. In cotton fields throughout the USA like the one highlighted in the above video, the farmers use seeds that have been genetically modified by Monsanto in order for the seeds that are not affected by pesticides. Then, the pesticides are sprayed all over the cotton.
Even though the cotton is turned into fabric, the pesticides from within are still on the cotton. Having pesticides on clothes put consumers at a high risk of obtaining cancer.
Oh wow, that is crazy. I wonder if blankets and sheets can be causes too.
It’s possible – that’s why organic cotton is becoming a trend now.

Doesn’t washing help? Dangerous dyes and finishes are a big problem too, besides the pesticides.
The problem with pesticides from Monsanto is that they do not dissolve in water.

Yes, it is sort of the new thing now. Most of the cotton used in the world now is grown in Kenya and Uzbekistan. Both of these countries use GMO seeds.
