The photo was taken at North Pond in Lincoln Park, Chicago, Illinois.
I used a Panasonic DMC-FZ50 to take the photo. Then I used ACDSee Ultimate 2018 to adjust the lighting and boost the contrast. I also boosted the overall vibrance and the saturation in the blue and cyan. Then I reduced the chromatic abberation and sharpened a bit.
