I love a good painting, I can stare at it for hours just wondering what was going through the artist’s head while painting it. Or just taking in every brushstroke, since I am still learning myself.
This painting is hanging in the lounge and it makes me feel in awe. How old is that violin and is the music the only comfort for the old man? And the audience in the back, what is going through their minds while listening to the music?

Thank you so much ;-). I haven’t seen it yet but will go have a look.
Great idea and opportunity to share photos about this painting, Della. The painting is very impressive to me!
Thank you, Albert. The photo really doesn’t do it justice.
Doesn’t do justice? Does the painting have a problem?
Hahahaha. I mean the photo is not nearly as good as the painting itself.
Unfortunately, I can not see the original photo to compare it with the painting
Love this find Della, it has such creativity to it, I am sure there is a story there somewhere with the violin.
I think so too. I think I should do some research on the painter and try to find out.
A visit to the art museum is always a great plan for an escape. The magic created by the artist inspires, and truly gives hope!
You are giving me an idea now for some more photos.
If you see a picture with the title Dorian Gray under it, run away!
Hahaha, it looks like a good movie. I wanted to watch it for a long time now.
I promise, it is a much better book!
It’s a great one for sure. Such detail.
It’s stunning, the photo doesn’t do it justice.
