The lady I stay with, Aunty Kay, son has emigrated to Europe a few years ago. They haven’t seen him in quite some time and only speak over the telephone every now and again. Sometimes she will say: “I wonder if I will ever see my child again.”
His hobby was to plant and grow Bonsai Trees, so naturally, these Bonsai Trees has a lot of sentimental value to her. I call them little trees for little people. I believe if you use your imagination and look closely you will see the Fairy People’s homes in between the branches. Or maybe this is just my inner-child coming out.
Come on, what are you waiting for? Just pick up your camera and start joining in the fun of the 365 Photos Challenge. Just be sure to read the Rules and Guidelines.
In case you missed my previous entry, you can see it here: Garden Deco
Love this post, and I love to learn about all different types of trees.
I also like learning about them, not the best teacher though lol.
I have always love these bonsai trees.
I admire the person that has the patience to grow bonsais. I tried once but failed horribly.
I am sure it takes a lot of patience.
It is always interesting when you see someone’s hobby without the person there to explain it!
That’s true Doc. What I could pick up is that he got his love for gardening from his Mom
My father gardened all the time. He invited me as a child to join the fun, by doing the various manual components of gardening. That, is one of the reasons why I never garden now.
Hahaha, I can relate to that. I love the planning of the lay out but don’t want to do the maintaining.
I think it is an awesome challenge and I admire anyone who takes up the gauntlet I am seeing some great photos 🙂
It is quite a challenge, have to start using imagination for fresh ideas. Would have loved it if you picked up the challenge as well 😉
