Black and White Friday

I wanted to share yesterday’s sunset with you all, but picked a bad day for it as it is Black and White Friday. Which got me thinking, why not share a sunset in black and white and talk about preset filters.

#1 The black and white.

This is a preset filter in a program I use called Fotor.

#2 The original straight out of the camera.

I was not happy with this photo because the silhouetted tree is a bit fuzzy or blurry. I use black and white filters for this problem. It seems to hide the fuzzies.

I love this one Kim. The fuzzy is often a good thing.

#3 Another filter

Another filter I like to use is this one. This one is called real illusion, can you see the difference in the original below?

#4 Straight out of the camera.

Here is another one that was not edited. That is one angry storm on the horizon.
