I had to go to the doctor yesterday, which meant I had to get weighed, so I put flat tennis shoes on, to help with maybe a pound difference lol. Desperate means for desperate measures lol.

They are pretty tennis shoes. I do not know, if they will lighten your weight, though.
Well they seem to help the scale behave lol.

I’m sorry to hear that. Take lots of breaks and do as much affirmation as possible. Let your subconscious power determine your physical reality. That is the main way I take care of my health and self-healing. Hopefully you don’t mind.

Thank you Carol, I usually do not have time to take my shoes off when I see my doctor lol, so I just wear flats lol.
My wife loves that kind of shoe. We call them NASA shoes (as in NASA called they see your shoes from space)!
Hope the doctor visit went well
