In her first Instagram post of 2020, Adele celebrated her 32nd birthday (which was May 5, if you didn’t know!) by thanking essential workers on the front-lines of the coronavirus pandemic.“Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time,” she wrote in the caption. “I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels in 2020 okay bye thanks x.”

But Adele’s latest Instagram is the clearest signal yet that she’s undergone a significant transformation.
