Dinner.
We often go out on Friday night for dinner. It gets everyone out of the house. I will have to admit, that this week we wandered into a new place.

The picture is of the Salsa. They served three kinds. The Salsa didn’t last long. We did save a little for my wife. The mango salsa was the most surprising, a great mix of sweet and sour.
Anyway, Friday night out and about. The other issue of course, was that it was cold. The high on Friday was around 30. There wasn’t a lot of wind, but by the time the sun went down it started dropping in temperature quickly.
I was surprised how much mango compliments some food a while ago. My friend made us scones topped with cream cheese smoked chicken and mango. It was devine.
I first loved Mangos when I lived in Thailand, moving back to the US they are not always as good as I remember. But in this case, they were amazing!
My apologies I forgot to include the link if anyone is interested in my Yelp reviews.

Mango salsa is very good. My sister usually prepares that during summer when mangoes are in season.
Ah, and in your neck of the woods, the mangos are so much better than the ones shipped to the US.
Yes, that is quite true. We have a property in Palawan planted with mangoes.
That is really cool. We have property in DC, but it is barely planted with grass even…
Never heard of mango salsa, I thought it was guacamole!
The guc was also amazing. The mango salsa was one I’ve had before, in particular, a couple of times in Mexico.
All three types of salsa sound great! I’m hungry now!
They were amazing, and by the end all gone.
