Apparently, in our house, the dogs define humans by three rules. Soft Touch or grouchy are the first two categories. According to my future-son-in-law, daughter, wife, and twins there is a third category. That is the biggest soft touch. They tell me that I am the only person in that category. I wondered what it meant to be the biggest soft touch.
I asked my family.
They told me. You spoil the dogs.
This picture is of me reaching down to let my granddog, Tamsyn, have a chance at licking the plate.
I don’t think I am a soft touch. All the dogs and the rest of the people in the house do.

That is such a great story. There is nothing wrong with being a soft touch. That is what we do for our four legged friends. They are such loyal companions, it is the least we can do. Offer them our leftover plate.

Thanks, Kim, Tamsyn is a great dog (my daughter’s) but as the smallest, she sometimes has a chip on her shoulder!
