I began my career as an elementary school teacher. What you see today is the bulletin board in the back part of my office. I have the bulletin board because I was a teacher and I still love them. I miss chalkboards as well. Whiteboards are great, and I have them in my house, but there was something about chalk on board that was magical.
The bulletin board is not a pretty one. I was never as good at those as some of my co-teachers. They created some of the most beautiful works of art I have ever seen.
Not me, most of mine were average to well, below average. I am not much of a visual artist.
The stuff on the bulletin board now is things I’ve gotten from Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns for being a backer or helping them. It is also things I used to use all the time, ribbons for a cd printer and things like that.
Just thought I would share some of my mess!
Three days no thumb picture, the new streak is alive!
Anyone can join the photo challenge. Pictures that are less than seven days old and include a story with the pictures (that is my addition to the challenge). It is not what you see. It is not what you capture. It is what you share!
Good for you and your teacher experience. I never thought I would have the patience to be a teacher. It takes a special person to be one.
I suspect I did not as well, I only lasted 7 years. I actually remember telling my father I doubted I would be a teacher for more than 10.
Teacher is a noble profession! With a bulletin board at least you have signs of exciting life!
Or further proof of my disorganization. Perhaps someone will invent technology that does it for me!
When the standalone robot launches later, you will surely be the first buyer.
