This is a picture of me weighing 26 pounds lighter than when I started the Keto eating lifestyle. I do eat more fruits than the Keto diet allows, but I still am losing weight. My husband and I have a fruit smoothie every evening, that includes blueberries, strawberries, and sometimes bananas.
I exercise about four days out of seven these days. I enjoy eating healthy and looking better. Take care of your body, so you can live long and see all your grandchildren grow up. Staying healthy may just make this a reality.
